No two renovation projects are the same! Every project Peak undertakes presents a unique set of challenges for clients and contractors to overcome.

The drastic modification of the roofline required point loads to be carried all the way down to the foundation. This structural requirement needed to be incorporated into the exterior design, to prevent disturbing any interior finishes. Additionally, the walk-out basement posed several access challenges for equipment to install the deck’s foundation.Communication between designers, contractors, trade partners, and clients made this project a stunning success. Using our six-stage process to coordinate the renovation, we successfully transformed our clients’ home while enhancing their quality of life for years to come.
