“Thank you for the beautiful home you created for us. From concept to completion you took care of everything. Renovating an older house presented both expected and unexpected challenges which you team was able to navigate. We had confidence in you right from the stat. Thank you for being a pleasure to work with on this very large undertaking.”

“A big thank you to all of you for the hard work, patience, incredible dedication and detail orientation that you have poured into the work on our home. I think about the number of conversations, discussions and the amount of advice all four of you have provided and I am just very grateful to all of you. We were first time home repairers and you have taught us a lot and demonstrated real kindness while doing this.”

“We enjoyed working with Chris. He was very professional and very accommodating with all the changes we requested. We will definitely recommend your company to any family or friends looking to do renovations.”

“We are super happy with the end result”

“We are very happy with the work and would give Peak a call on any other projects in the future.”

“It was a pleasure to work with Peak from initial contact to the end of the project, especially since we had heard many horror stories that acquaintances had with other companies.  We highly recommend Peak and would use them again.  Every tradesperson was very professional and cared about their work.  On-time and on-budget, which is unusual for the industry it seems.  “

“Peak Improvements were very well-organized.”

“From our initial meeting with [our salesperson], he was honest and straightforward.  Two things he said that resonated were, ‘don’t do the reno if you are not planning on staying’ and ‘we are not the cheapest nor the most expensive.’  [Our designer] was fun to work with, super positive.  [Our project manager] made sure the day-to-day went smoothly.”

“The experience was excellent. Peak delivered on their guaranteed dates and the quality of trades used was top-notch. The renovation portal was very handy to monitor what trades and work was being done on a daily basis. Quality of finishes and ease-of-process.”

“The project process was well executed which also demonstrates the timeliness, professionalism and planning of the project”

“This is the second time I’ve used them, I was satisfied the first time and they outdid themselves this time. Their communication is great. Chris and Wes for outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for a better crew to do the work on my renovation.”

“Peak chooses excellent trades people and sub contractors. We also loved working with the designer Kari. Chris, Bryan & Holly were timely, informative, listened to our concerns and dealt with questions really well. We are most satisfied with the finished product – The outcome is exactly what we were hoping for.”

“I am most satisfied with the staff they were very kind, patient and communicated their ideas very well”

“Initial planning was outstanding. They listened to what we needed the space to be and created a plan that gave us everything we wanted (and more). When unexpected issues arose, Peak came up with solutions quickly and effectively.”

“We are completely satisfied with our Peak project.  In fact, the result has exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Peak Improvements. There was open communication. We were given updates to the project and all our questions were answered quickly and to our satisfaction.”

“The staff was excellent to deal with – always helpful and easy to work with.”

“We couldn’t be happier with our main floor renovation project! We were extremely impressed by Peak’s contract negotiation process; everything is clearly laid out before the work begins. Our designer – Gail Impey – was extremely helpful. She came to our home with samples and talked us through all of our options. She helped source out all of the non-standard items like our front door. She made improvements to the design of our kitchen. Although it took a while to pick everything out, we are extremely happy with our choices. It was obvious to us that all of the trades workers took pride in their work. Minor concerns were handled with extreme professionalism by our general contractor and the project was only one week behind schedule. We would recommend Peak to anyone looking to do a large renovation project.”

“We recently (October 2017) completed a major renovation with Peak Improvements. We are delighted with the end product! Our 8-week project was completed on time and on budget. Rick, Chris, Gail and Paul and the subcontractors they brought in were professional and tidy. The project started with a collaborative plan. We knew what to expect every step of the way. When we encountered a few ripples along the way, they had creative solutions in hand so that there were no issues. Communication was frequent. Would we work with Peak again …. in a heartbeat! Our experience was first rate!”

“Peak Improvements did not fall short of my expectations. I was most satisfied with dealing with them. I liked how they handled my requests.”

“Once our project started it went like clockwork day to day and it was not the major headache we had anticipated in living in a renovation site. Communication was excellent once we got going and we really appreciated that. The entire crew was very respectful of our home and our family.”

“I was particularly impressed by the communication process. I always knew what was going on. They were also exceptionally tidy!”

“The workers and people coming to my house were professional and respectful. My children and I felt comfortable and at ease with the people in our home. They were great at keeping us informed in a layman-friendly way.”

“All areas. Primarily because of the staff. Each person I dealt with was professional and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. They made the whole process a pleasant one. Wes who managed the project on site. He kept things moving along running smoothly.Braden who took such care and pride in his work. All the trades that were brought in were professional and pleasant to work with, especially Terrance who did the tile work. Kari who worked on the design. It was great fun to work with her. Chris who checked in regularly and Rick who started the process. Once our project started it went like clockwork day to day and it was not the major headache we had anticipated in living in a renovation site. Communication was excellent once we got going and we really appreciated that. The entire crew was very respectful of our home and our family.”

“We’re really happy with how the ceiling project turns out.  I’d like to pass along that my father – an engineer with terribly high standards – had nothing but positive things to say about Wes and his work.”

“Thank you all for a great experience with our renovation!!  We love it!!”
